In this cooking event, Sharvari Bhalerao would like to introduce you to the basics of Ayurvedic cooking. She will be focusing on the versatility and importance of most of the spices used in Indian recipes. The course will begin with a small introduction, followed by cooking a small menu together using the Ayurvedic principles. And of course, you will dine together thereafter.
Sharvari Bhalerao is an Indian from Mumbai and has been living in Germany for the past 15 years. She is a
Nutritionist and an English teacher by profession. Cooking is her passion and in this seminar she´d give you useful tips about cooking a delicious meal.
All the ingredients or spices required to cook this meal are readily available in stores nearby. You will get more information about this while cooking. You do not need to have any previous knowledge about Indian cooking to attend this workshop. Language of Instruction will be English.
